Some times you may find with LED bulbs or fixed LED downlights that even when the light switch is turned off, a very small glow can be seen.
As light switches are mostly not double pole, which means they only switch the live cables not the neutral, this may allow for a small voltage leak.
This mainly occurs when there are dimmers or other electrical fitments that require a very small constant supply of power. Due to this leak some LEDs that can operate using very low voltage will glow very faintly. An Enkin Bypass Module would be the solution to rectify this issue as they can store the leaked voltage.
