Lutron is a company that offer smart switching and controllability through the use of smart switches and devices.
Lutron equipment can be controlled by other manufacturers switches such as Soho lighting.
To do so the installer would need to clarify the types of switches required, for example it would normally be a retractive switch.
There are a few different types and styles of retractive switches that are available so depending on how the Lutron equipment is programmed and installed, it would then help with identifying which switch is required.
